Beniers Kakko Line Working Well
Great article about the Beniers, Kakko, Schwartz line. They've become the shining light for the Kraken in a disappointing season. Kakko and Schwartz have helped pull Matty back and boosted his confidence. Which is awesome. Love seeing a confident Matty zipping around. Love hearing Schwartz compliment both young guys on how hard they work in practice and on both sides of the ice. Matty is probably my favorite player and Kakko is quickly becoming my fave as well. It’s not the trauma dumping itself but giving explicit details and the same stories over and over, I’m not going to tell her to stop because I’m just not that person she’s my mom I do love her and I’m an empath but I’m exhausted, I know she goes through bouts of depression and I want to listen she’s obviously hurting but it’s just too much she doesn’t seem to care that it hurts me as her child (I’m an adult but I’m still her child) and she never really listens to my stories which hurts and makes this so much harder to listen to, I’m sick of being the parent in the relationship and I tell her to get help but she wont which annoys me so much because why not? Why not actually talk to someone who makes time to listen to your issues instead of I don’t know pawning your pain off onto me (I’m assuming but it feels this way).Favorite move in smash ultimate?

Hi. I have been diagnosed with chronic GERD as well as IBS (usually IBS-D). I am currently prescribed 40 mg. Omeprazole to be taken every AM. I also take multivitamins, Probiotics, digestive enzymes, and a calcium/magnesium/D3 supplement. My mother was diagnosed with GERD and her father died from Esophageal cancer. I think my issues with GERD stem from a muscle repair during a tummy tuck. I believe my IBS issues stem from antibiotics prescribed for a UTI which was difficult to eradicate. Diet-wise, I am very careful to avoid trigger foods. My main trigger seems to be greasy/fatty foods. I no longer smoke or drink and mostly avoid carbonated drinks, Aspartame, pork, red meat, spicy and acidic foods, and dairy I have colonoscopies every 3 years due to colon polyps. At my last colonoscopy, the doctor found additional colon polyps (which he removed at that time) as well as Diverticulosis. I am scheduled to have another colonoscopy at the end of February. I had a endoscopy in January. My doctor wanted to check for Barrett’s Esophagus. There wasn’t any, but the doctor found a medium-sized Hiatal hernia. He also repaired a stricture in the lower third of my esophagus. My meds didn’t change after the endoscopy.I am posting here because my doctor, though excellent at what he does, is not readily available to talk to for long periods. Since last March, I have had NINE different flare ups of IBS or GERD, food poisoning, or stomach bugs that usually last 4-5 days each. I should note that the last two were significantly shorter (due to the stricture repair?). On one occasion, my son brought some sort of stomach bug back from a trip abroad and passed it on to me. Once, I was ill but had just happened to take a hair analysis at the same time which revealed an overabundance of E Coli when I got the results back. On two other occasions, I was diagnosed by urgent care as having a stomach bug. I’ve been to urgent care 4 times for these issues. It is quite difficult to have any sort of life for 4-5 days after becoming ill. Each time, I’ve been prescribed Zofran which worked. No matter how long the duration or cause, each of my episodes are almost identical. The onset is sudden with diarrhea and intense nausea. Sometimes I vomit, sometimes, I spit up clear fluid. After I discovered Immodium, I can control the diarrhea, but the upset stomach component makes me miserable for days unless I go to urgent care. I get flushing (but no fever). I have no appetite. I do an incredible amount of burping. I get cramping and it’s seems to originate from the lower abdomen. For this reason, an PA suggested a UTI test, which was negative. What I’d like to know is if any of my symptoms or history might suggest what these symptoms point to. Are they flare ups? Of GERD? IBS? Both? Are they all stomach bugs? Could I have developed Diverticulitis? Is there anything that I should mention to the doctor before my next colonoscopy.Any help, insight, or suggestions would be most appreciated.
